Matt Cooper is CoQL’s Principal GxP and Validation Consultant, bringing over 25 years of international experience across pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing. He has supported GMP operations and quality programs in the U.S., Europe, the U.K., Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Australia, partnering with organisations that demand both precision and practicality.

A passionate Validation Practitioner, Matt believes that true compliance is built through risk understanding, control, and justification — not paperwork. His expertise spans process validation, cleaning validation, risk assessment, and qualification programs, always grounded in the principles of Quality by Design.

At CoQL, Matt complements Luis Rojas’ leadership in Culture of Quality by ensuring that validation, data integrity, and GxP systems align seamlessly with each client’s broader quality vision.
