4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are defined in the respective agreement or proposal. Payment terms and conditions will be clearly outlined. Late payments may incur interest, and we reserve the right to suspend Services until outstanding fees are settled.

- All CoQL methodologies, frameworks, and materials are our intellectual property.
- Clients receive a limited, internal-use license during active engagements.
- Deliverables specifically created for you become your property upon full payment.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential during and after the engagement, except as required by law.
7. Professional Standards
Our Services are advisory in nature. Implementation and compliance are the client’s responsibility. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
CoQL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CoQL against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or misuse of Services.
10. Website Use
- You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
- Unauthorized access, data scraping, or malware uploads are prohibited.
11. Termination
Engagements can be terminated in accordance with the service agreement or upon 30 days’ notice. Outstanding fees remain payable.
